Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Produce visionary whitepapers and executive briefings on future market landscapes and competitive positioning
- Partner with product teams to translate future insights into innovation roadmaps and development priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present 2026 vision strategies to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Monitor and analyze geopolitical, technological, and societal megatrends with 3-5 year predictive accuracy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic vision frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards with compelling narrative-driven presentations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Portfolio of published future-focused research or strategic vision documents
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
