Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in top-tier publications
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for C-suite executives on future-proofing organizations
- Mentor junior futurists and drive continuous improvement in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking frameworks
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in recognized industry publications or journals
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients in technology or healthcare sectors
