Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities and threats in quantum computing, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Produce quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports with data-driven predictions and strategic recommendations
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-readiness into product roadmaps and operational planning
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist practitioners and academic collaborators
- Represent the company at World Economic Forum and Techonomy events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes (portfolio required)
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience with Delphi methodology and cross-cultural trend analysis
