Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market dynamics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-forward solutions
- Present compelling futures scenarios to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for tracking innovation maturity and future-readiness metrics
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and thought leaders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-strategy projects with measurable impact
