Responsibilities

- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive trends for executive stakeholders and industry publications
- Build scenario-planning models to quantify business risks/opportunities from future disruptions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or corporate futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or relevant futures research methodology
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or innovation roadmaps
