As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and market expansion initiatives across AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic shifts, technological disruptions, and cultural movements to forecast industry trajectories through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing business models
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, industry keynotes, and patent applications
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in at least two future-critical domains (AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
