Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future scenarios into R&D priorities
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership for executive stakeholders
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with global leadership teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and drive foresight literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, innovation strategy, or related foresight discipline
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AGI, synthetic biology, decentralized systems
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite and technical audiences
- Experience publishing influential industry reports or white papers
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ strategic impact
