Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends impacting 2026 business landscapes

- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable roadmaps for R&D and product teams
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Champion ethical innovation practices and sustainable development principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant field
