Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, neurotech) and develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ scenarios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions with 18-24 month runway
- Design and execute horizon scanning protocols using AI-driven trend analysis and expert networks
- Develop scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making across geopolitical and technological uncertainties
- Publish thought leadership whitepapers and keynote at industry summits on future-of-work implications
- Mentor a team of innovation analysts in foresight methodologies and strategic foresight tools
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies into product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-level tech strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Portfolio demonstrating successful translation of foresight into market advantage
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
