- Lead horizon scanning to identify and validate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market disruptors
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into tangible R&D projects
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends and their societal impacts
- Oversee the implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven trend forecasting methodologies
