Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative trend analysis and qualitative scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 clients to map technology adoption curves for 2026-2030
- Develop proprietary innovation methodologies leveraging AI, blockchain, and quantum computing paradigms
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives at Davos-level industry summits
- Pioneer Horizon Dynamics' FutureScape⢠platform enhancements for predictive market analysis
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and weak signal detection techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of influencing enterprise-level strategy through trend analysis
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi method, cross-impact matrix, and causal layered analysis
- Fluency in strategic visualization tools (Tableau, Flourish) and data science platforms (Python, R)
