Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive future-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends through 2026
- Design scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive-level foresight briefings and innovation workshops for stakeholders
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies and human-machine collaboration
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development and business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-based business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities with data-driven validation
- Experience leading global teams and presenting to C-suite/executive audiences
- Strong publication record in futurism or innovation thought leadership
- Portfolio of implemented innovation projects with measurable impact
