Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating foresight into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Author executive-level trend reports and scenario-planning models for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture emerging research
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their business models
- Oversee the 'Futures Lab' incubator program mentoring emerging entrepreneurs in exponential technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology adoption curves
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFS) or equivalent practical experience
