Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for long-term business resilience and growth
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and boards
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish internal foresight communities and knowledge-sharing protocols
- Monitor policy/regulatory changes impacting future business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
- Experience leading cross-geographical innovation teams
