Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives to map emerging trends, disruptors, and opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop and execute innovation strategies aligned with long-term organizational vision and market evolution
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry pioneers
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning workshops to guide decision-making
- Build and lead a high-performing team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of anticipating market disruptions (provide 3+ case studies)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
