As part of our elite Strategy & Innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global partners to anticipate paradigm shifts in technology, markets, and societal behavior. Your work will directly shape our product roadmap, investment priorities, and long-term competitive advantage in an increasingly volatile future.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technological, economic, and sociocultural domains to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and communicate compelling future scenarios to executive stakeholders, driving data-driven strategic decisions
- Architect innovation roadmaps that align emerging technologies with market opportunities and organizational capabilities
- Establish and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts to validate foresight methodologies
- Translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities, product development pipelines, and market entry strategies
- Champion a culture of innovation by facilitating design-thinking workshops and future-state planning sessions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D with proven impact on organizational strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Track record of publishing thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategic planning
- Experience working in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
