- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Author forward-looking white papers and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development cycles
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and tech summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused culture across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of influencing corporate strategy with future-oriented insights
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
