Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026 technology horizons
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative trend analysis across global markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decisions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Present future impact assessments to C-suite executives and investors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurist experts and innovators
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data analysis and strategic communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Research or equivalent preferred
