Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitical, and socio-economic domains
- Develop and maintain strategic innovation frameworks for 2026+ scenarios
- Facilitate executive workshops on future risk/opportunity assessment
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and strategy teams
- Establish external partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Proven experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transformation
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Portfolio of 2026+ foresight projects or published scenarios
