Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Partner with C-suite to integrate futures intelligence into corporate strategy
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and innovation roadmaps
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across product development
- Represent the organization at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic innovation or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends and societal impact analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP, WFS)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems
