Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop trend synthesis methodologies to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation pipeline maturity
- Partner with venture capital team to scout emerging technologies
- Produce annual Future State Report for industry publication
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
