- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future readiness and disruption preparedness
- Establish proprietary predictive models using big data and machine learning techniques
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for enterprise clients
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and technological singularity concepts
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
