Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging societal challenges
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and tech pioneers
- Translate complex technological possibilities into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation specialists
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive technology impacts
- Integrate ethical foresight into all product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, and neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Published thought leader with keynote experience at global innovation forums
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
