Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment decisions, and market positioning in an exponentially evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological discontinuities to identify strategic opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product innovation
- Author high-impact trend reports and executive briefings for board-level stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with future consumer needs
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight ROI and market adaptation velocity
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
- Portfolio demonstrating complex scenario development work
