- Partner with R&D to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Represent InnovateX at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate foresight, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
