Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and market disruption patterns
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on future trends
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology trend analysis and disruption forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and strategic roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes (Web3, AGI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in futures research methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) preferred
- Experience leading innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
