Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical guidelines for AI deployment in critical infrastructure by 2026
- Conduct longitudinal impact assessments on autonomous systems' societal effects
- Partner with UN and OECD committees on international AI policy frameworks
- Design bias mitigation protocols for generative AI models
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers and policymakers
- Author white papers on quantum computing ethics implications
- Monitor emerging regulatory trends in 15+ global jurisdictions
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Technology Policy with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias or autonomous systems ethics
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act frameworks
- Proficiency in policy modeling tools (e.g., Agent-Based Modeling)
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies or parliamentary committees
- Fluency in at least two UN official languages
- Track record of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
