Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, socio-economic, and geopolitical domains to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and maintain scenario-plaking frameworks quantifying potential futures for core industry verticals
- Translate foresight insights into actionable strategic recommendations for product development and market positioning
- Design and deliver executive-level workshops on emerging technologies and future-proofing methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize innovation investments aligned with 5-year market evolution
- Author thought leadership content including whitepapers, keynote presentations, and trend reports
- Establish and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
