Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual horizon reports on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with actionable strategic recommendations
- Design scenario-planning frameworks to model 2026 market conditions and organizational resilience pathways
- Lead executive workshops translating foresight insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish and maintain global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers for trend validation
- Quantify future market opportunities through econometric modeling and predictive analytics
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces positioning InnovateFutures as the authority on 2026 readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or market shifts
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking frameworks
- Published author or frequent speaker at global futurism conferences (WFSF, APF, etc.)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, Palisade @RISK)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy through foresight applications
