- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical shifts and market disruptions
- Collaborate with C-suite to align organizational vision with long-term societal trajectories
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Establish innovation roadmaps for sustainable resource allocation in post-2026 economies
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodologies like anticipatory governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related discipline
- Experience working with global teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
