Responsibilities

- Design and implement strategic foresight methodologies (scenario planning, trend analysis, Delphi techniques)
- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating quantum, bio, and AI convergence pathways
- Present future-state briefings to executive leadership and board members with data-backed narratives
- Establish 'Future Labs' incubating moonshot projects targeting 2026 breakthrough capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Horizon as the 2026 innovation authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation leadership, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 firms
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, neurotech
- Published futurist research or thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent
- Exceptional storytelling abilities translating complex futures into compelling narratives
