Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies

- Produce executive-ready reports with data-driven forecasts and risk assessments for long-term planning
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies for product development and market expansion
- Advise executive leadership on emerging technologies with potential exponential impact
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience developing C-suite-level strategic roadmaps
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
