Responsibilities

- Create strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, horizon scanning, and Delphi methodologies
- Produce executive-level trend briefings translating complex data into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future market demands
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Quantify market opportunities and risks through predictive modeling and competitive analysis
- Author thought leadership publications positioning FutureWorks as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in emerging tech assessment and societal impact analysis methodologies
- Exceptional proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology forecasting, or strategic innovation
- Demonstrated experience presenting complex scenarios to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, MIT Media Lab, etc.)
- Ability to synthesize multidisciplinary data into coherent strategic narratives
