Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 trend analysis frameworks covering AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and biotech convergence
- Lead strategic scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders across global markets
- Produce evidence-based future-state roadmaps with quantifiable impact projections
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 5-year horizons
- Build and manage a network of futurist advisors from academia and industry
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development plans
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (2020-2025)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of influencing executive decisions with future-focused insights
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, biotech, neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
