Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies through 2030
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on 2026 industry transformations
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings on geopolitical and technological convergence points
- Architect ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 workforce and infrastructure challenges
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor junior futurists while cultivating an ecosystem of external domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced technology research
- Proven track record of developing executable 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI development
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex multi-variable scenarios
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology adoption and risk mitigation
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP-V analysis)
