- Establish global networks with futurist councils and academic institutions to maintain intelligence superiority

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into revenue-generating initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and cross-impact matrix analysis
