Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging technologies to business opportunities
- Produce high-impact scenario reports and strategic briefings for executive stakeholders
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and synthetic biology
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors influencing technology adoption curves
- Present future vision narratives to investors, clients, and industry forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, nanotech, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (e.g., Harvard Business Review)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
