Responsibilities

- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' strategic reports with executive-level recommendations
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies and their implications
- Partner with R&D to integrate future-focused insights into product roadmaps
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and influence long-term investment decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of publishing future trend analyses or scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in AI, biotechnology, or climate resilience trends
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
