Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational evolution.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with quantifiable impact projections
- Design adaptive innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and ethical foresight practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of 2026 technological and societal megatrends (AI, climate, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or relevant advanced training
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable outcomes
