Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and diffusion models optimized for high-performance inference.
- Model Optimization: Drive research and engineering to improve model accuracy, reduce latency, and optimize token generation speed for real-time applications.
- RAG & Agents: Develop sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and autonomous AI agent frameworks to enhance productivity.
- Ethical AI: Implement robust guardrails and safety mechanisms to ensure responsible AI deployment and mitigate bias.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Language: Fluency in English and experience fine-tuning models for diverse languages.
