Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize 15-20 guest rooms daily to brand standards
- Manage linen inventory and coordinate laundry operations
- Train and mentor junior housekeeping staff
- Conduct room inspections before guest arrival
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for room repairs
- Execute deep-cleaning protocols for high-traffic areas
- Manage cleaning supply inventory and ordering
- Uphold safety and hygiene protocols per CDC guidelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Proficiency with housekeeping management software
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- OSHA certification in chemical handling
