Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and public areas according to 5-star standards
- Manage deep cleaning schedules for high-traffic zones including lobbies and meeting rooms
- Train and mentor junior housekeeping staff on sanitation protocols
- Inspect rooms before guest arrival to ensure all amenities are stocked
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for room repairs and replacements
- Operate industrial-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and EPA safety regulations
- Submit daily progress reports to the Head of Housekeeping
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel housekeeping experience
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license for equipment operation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of green cleaning practices preferred
- Fluent English communication skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
