Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize 8-12 guest rooms daily to 5-star standards
- Manage linen inventory and coordinate laundry operations
- Inspect public areas (lobbies, corridors, restrooms) for cleanliness
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs promptly
- Train junior staff on housekeeping protocols
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations
- Stock supplies and maintain organized storage areas
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional housekeeping experience in luxury hotels
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
