Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate ML solutions into production environments.
- Optimize algorithms for speed, scalability, and accuracy using distributed computing frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in MLOps and data engineering.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to drive continuous improvement of product features.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI and implement cutting-edge methodologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Extensive experience with SQL and large-scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop, or cloud data warehouses).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade ML models.
