Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for the 2026 release cycle, aligning stakeholders across engineering, design, and business.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Own the full product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to launch and post-launch analysis, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing) to identify opportunities and competitive threats for the upcoming year.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead agile ceremonies, mentor product managers, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize A/B testing, user analytics, and market data to drive product iterations and optimize user retention.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the tech industry.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to define long-term product strategies and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- AI & Future Tech: Demonstrated interest and experience in AI/ML technologies and their application to real-world problems.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
