Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for integrating quantum algorithms into scalable AI frameworks.
- Architecture Design: Design hybrid quantum-classical systems capable of solving complex optimization problems in real-time.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and scientific rigor.
- System Optimization: Continuously refine computational efficiency and error correction protocols for quantum processors.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with academic institutions and hardware vendors to leverage cutting-edge quantum hardware.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes to validate theoretical models before full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or AI.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or high-performance computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks. Deep understanding of classical ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and translate theoretical concepts into practical solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
