Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct comprehensive site audits to identify and fix crawl errors, improve site speed, and optimize site architecture for maximum crawlability and indexation.
- Strategic Keyword Research: Lead the end-to-end keyword research process, identifying high-value, low-competition opportunities that align with business goals.
- On-Page & Off-Page Optimization: Oversee on-page content strategy, meta tags, and internal linking. Develop and execute a robust backlink strategy to build domain authority.
- Analytics & Reporting: Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and proprietary dashboards. Generate detailed monthly reports that translate data into actionable business insights.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in every piece of digital content produced.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor movements and algorithm updates to proactively adjust our SEO strategy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, English, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of ranking websites on Page 1 for competitive keywords.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and XML sitemaps. Experience with technical SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz).
- Analytics Proficiency: Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) and version control systems (Git).
