Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement end-to-end SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic growth.
- Technical SEO: Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site speed issues.
- Keyword Research: Perform extensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and user intent.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, meta tags, and headers for maximum relevance.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing detailed monthly reports on performance and ROI.
- Link Building: Develop and execute outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
- Algorithm Updates: Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates (Google Core Updates) and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic rankings for complex websites.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; strong understanding of site architecture and schema markup.
- Tools: Expert level usage of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
