Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy for systems designed to meet the demands of the year 2026 and beyond, focusing on longevity and scalability.
- Quantum-Resistant Design: Implement cryptographic protocols and system architectures that are resilient against future quantum computing threats.
- AI Infrastructure: Design and optimize the backend infrastructure required to support next-generation generative AI and machine learning models.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of disparate legacy systems into a unified, high-performance cloud-native ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or cloud infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Rust, Go, Python, or similar systems programming languages. Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native technologies.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Experience with quantum computing concepts, edge computing, or decentralized systems (Web3) is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
