Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the company's 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team of 10+ developers and architects.
- Architect scalable, cloud-native solutions that can handle enterprise-grade traffic and data loads.
- Drive the integration of AI and machine learning capabilities into core products.
- Collaborate with product management and design to translate high-level requirements into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
